- Inventor: Cosmos Lyles
Mr. Lyles, a lifelong musician, studied Physics and Engineering at Duke University. The concept for the breakthrough technology behind EverTune came to him in a dream…and he immediately set to work developing it. Four years and hundreds of prototypes later, Mr. Lyles was granted an exclusive patent. - Co-Inventor: Paul Dowd
Mr. Dowd studied Mechanical Engineering at Cornell and is the founder of Creative Engineering, LLC. He first met Mr. Lyles as a customer, but they soon joined forces. Mr. Dowd invented the mechanism which makes constant tension possible and he continues to perform engineering and product development for EverTune.

Mr. Chayet is a music Industry veteran with over 20 years experience in production, sales and distribution, including the founding of Evermark, a CD & DVD manufacturing, distribution and warehousing company that sold profitably to a large partnership in Nashville. - Board Member: Brock Pierce
Mr. Pierce is an internet entrepreneur and strategic networking partner, with strong ties in the music and entertainment industries. - Board Member: Dave Weiderman
Mr. Weiderman is head of A&R for Guitar Center. With over 29 years at Guitar Center, and countless relationships with artists and entrepreneurs throughout the industry, Mr. Weiderman is a powerful ally and ambassador. - Board Member: William Quigley
Mr. Quigley, Managing Director at Clearstone Venture Partners, has launched investment offerings and sold countless technology startups in the enterprise and consumer sectors.
